Common deadline pressures
- Weekly bulletins and notices are often finalised late in the week, leaving little time to print.
- Outreach and evangelism campaigns need flyers and banners ready before a set weekend.
- Conferences and camps involve name tags, programmes, banners and shirts all due at once.
- Volunteer teams may not have design experience, so artwork can need checking before print.
- Budgets are often carefully stewarded, so quantities need to be planned to avoid waste.
Recommended printing
| Same-Day Flyers | Outreach, special services and community invitations are easy to hand out door to door or after a service. |
|---|---|
| Same-Day Booklets | Conference programmes, song sheets and study guides stay together neatly when booklet-bound. |
| Same-Day Pull-Up Banners | A welcome or ministry banner works at the entrance, at a stall or at an off-site venue. |
| Same-Day Backdrops | A stage backdrop gives conferences and special services a clear theme and good photo backdrop. |
| Same-Day Event T-Shirts | Matching shirts help worship teams, ushers and outreach volunteers be easily recognised. |
| Same-Day Posters | Notice boards and foyers benefit from posters announcing upcoming events and ministries. |
| Same-Day Funeral Programmes | When a church family loses a loved one, memorial programmes can be prepared with care. |
| Same-Day Fence Banners | A banner on the church fence lets the neighbourhood know about services and events. |
Planning checklist
- Set a weekly deadline for bulletin content so the person printing is not waiting on late notices.
- Have one person proofread names, dates, times and scripture references before artwork is sent.
- Estimate attendance realistically and order programmes and flyers with a modest buffer.
- Use the same logo, colours and fonts across banners, shirts and flyers so ministries look connected.
- For conferences, camps and outreach weekends, allow 3 to 7 days and keep same-day for genuine emergencies.
- Agree who will collect or receive the order, and plan for delivery time separately from production time.
PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. Same-day printing is there for genuine emergencies, but it is not 100% foolproof against poor planning. For important business events on your calendar, please give yourself 3 to 7 days to print.

FAQs
Can you help with a weekly bulletin every week?
Yes, you can send print-ready files whenever you need them. Turnaround each week depends on quantity, finishing and capacity at the time, so a consistent submission day helps.
We do not have a designer. Can you still print for us?
Yes. Separate artwork services may be available to set up or tidy a layout. Artwork time is quoted separately and is not part of the printing cost.
Can conference banners and shirts all be done together?
Often, yes, but combined orders involve different products and finishing. The earlier you confirm designs and sizes, the easier it is to have everything ready together.
