Materials
| Cast wrap film | Full wraps over curves and recesses where the film must conform and stay put |
|---|---|
| Protective overlaminate | Printed wraps that need resistance to abrasion and fading |
| Perforated window film | Rear and side windows where the driver needs to see out |
| Calendered vinyl | Flat panels and short-term graphics where a full conformable film is not needed |
Choosing a size
Wrap design starts with the exact vehicle make, model and year, because panel shapes, handles and body lines differ. Important text and faces should stay away from door gaps, handles and deep recesses. We provide a proof on a vehicle template so you can see placement before production.
Standards and compliance
Window graphics must not obstruct the driver's required view, and the vehicle owner is responsible for ensuring the vehicle remains roadworthy and that any changes meet licensing and insurance requirements. A full colour change may need to be reported to the relevant authorities or insurer; check with them. Wrapping over damaged paint, rust or poor resprays can lift paint on removal, so we inspect first and advise.
Same-day conditions
- Full and partial wraps need inspection, design, printing, laminating and fitting, so same-day is generally not possible; timing is confirmed on the quote
- Simple printed decals or vehicle magnets can sometimes be produced same-day as a temporary measure
- Urgent items depend on stock, capacity, approved artwork and full payment before the configured cutoff
- The vehicle must be delivered clean and available for the agreed fitting time
