Cards are scored before folding so the crease stays crisp. Choose a top fold (opens upward) or side fold (opens like a book), and design with the fold position in mind. If the inside will be written on, choose uncoated stock or leave the inside unlaminated.

How should I set up my file?
Design the full flat size with the fold line marked, and send outside and inside as two pages. We can supply a template.
Will the card fit in a standard card holder?
Once folded it is the standard 90 × 50 mm, but it is twice as thick, so some tight holders may not fit as many.
Can I use these as loyalty cards?
Yes. Print stamp boxes on the inside panel and choose uncoated stock so stamps and pens mark clearly.
