Design for distance: keep your logo and main message in the top half where people see it over a table, and avoid important content in the bottom 200 mm, which can sit inside the base. What file size should my artwork be?
Set your file to the exact banner size, or a proportional scale, with 3 mm bleed. Allow extra space at the bottom because part of the graphic sits inside the base.
Can you replace the print in my existing stand?
Usually, if the stand is a standard clamp-top system. Bring it in or send its measurements and we will confirm before printing.
Can I get a pull-up banner on the same day?
Same-day production may be possible for small quantities, subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable artwork and approvals before the configured cutoff. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate commitments.
