Planning checklist
- Choose one family member to confirm names, dates and the order of service before printing.
- Gather the clearest photos available, ideally originals or full-size digital files rather than screenshots.
- Read the final proof aloud with another person to catch spelling or date errors.
- Estimate attendance and print a few extra programmes for family keepsakes.
- Where the date allows, allow 3 to 7 days; same-day is reserved for genuine emergencies, which we understand a funeral often is.
- Agree who will collect the programmes, and if delivery is needed, allow travel time separately from production.
PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. Same-day printing is there for genuine emergencies, but it is not 100% foolproof against poor planning. For important business events on your calendar, please give yourself 3 to 7 days to print.

Can a funeral programme be printed the same day?
We understand how urgent this can be. Same-day may be possible subject to eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity and finishing, with final approved artwork and payment before the configured cutoff. Please contact us as early as you can.
We only have old printed photographs. Can these be used?
Often they can be scanned or photographed and used, though quality depends on the original. We will be honest with you if an image is likely to print poorly.
Can you help design the programme?
Separate artwork services may be available to lay out the programme from your photos and wording. Artwork is quoted separately from printing.
