Artwork requirements
- Set your document to 841 x 1189 mm; research poster templates in PowerPoint must be resized to A0, not left at slide size.
- Export a PDF; images should be at least 150 dpi at full A0 size for close viewing.
- Add 3 mm bleed if your background colour runs to the edge; otherwise keep a white margin.
- Body text on research posters should be at least 24 pt to be readable from a metre or two.
- For CAD drawings, export to PDF with correct line weights and scale stated in the title block.
- Check charts and graphs exported from software are vector or high resolution.

Turnaround options
Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Express places your A0 prints ahead in the large-format queue, useful before conferences and submissions. Same-day production may be possible for print-ready A0 files approved and paid for before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity and paper stock. Lamination or mounting, large sets of drawings, heavy ink coverage that needs drying time, and files that need resizing from slide format can move a job to express or standard. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate.

FAQs
My poster template is from PowerPoint. Will it print correctly at A0?
Only if the slide size has been set to A0 proportions. A standard 16:9 slide scaled up will leave white areas or need cropping. Set the custom slide size before designing.
Should I laminate my conference poster?
Lamination protects against handling and moisture and makes rolling safer, but adds weight and some glare. Matt lamination limits glare.
Can you print my plans in black only?
Yes. Black-and-white line drawings on bond paper are a common A0 job. Colour is also available for plans with coloured layers.
How do I transport an A0 print?
Rolled in a poster tube with the print facing outward is safest. Mounted boards should be carried flat and protected from scuffing.
