Printed tickets give an event a sense of occasion and help organisers control entry. Schools use them for concerts, plays and market days, churches and charities for fundraising dinners and raffles, and clubs and promoters for dances, shows and sports days. Food and drink vouchers for staff functions and festivals are another common use.
Tickets can be numbered so you can track sales and spot duplicates, and a perforated stub lets the door team keep one half while the guest keeps the other. Add security touches in the design, such as a background pattern or a signature space, if you are worried about copies. Card stock makes tickets feel valuable and harder to crumple.
FAQs
Can the stub and the ticket have the same number?
Yes. With numbering and a stub, both halves carry the same number so you can match them later, which is useful for raffles.
Can I sell tickets online instead?
We only print physical tickets. If you sell online, we can print a QR code supplied by your ticketing platform onto each ticket design.
Can I get tickets on the same day?
Simple unnumbered tickets in small quantities may be eligible. Numbering and perforated stubs add finishing time and may rule out same-day. Same-day production may be possible for small quantities, subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable artwork and approvals before the configured cutoff. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate commitments.
