Choosing a size

Wayfinding should be visible from a distance along a mall and placed at decision points such as entrances, escalators and corridor junctions. Directories need a readable store list and a simple map. Promotional graphics are sized to the specific space, so measurements from centre management or a site visit are essential.

Standards and compliance

Centre management sets the signage standards for the property and approves tenant signage. Parking and safety signage should follow the applicable standards and the centre's own requirements. Fire escape routes must not be obstructed by graphics. Approvals and compliance decisions rest with the centre or landlord; we print and install to approved specifications and can advise.

Same-day conditions

  • Permanent directories, lightboxes and wayfinding systems are quoted with a confirmed lead time and are not same-day
  • Promotional banners, hoarding banners, pillar wraps and vinyl graphics within normal sizes can sometimes be produced same-day
  • Urgent items depend on stock, capacity, approved artwork and full payment before the configured cutoff
  • Installation is usually after trading hours and is scheduled separately with centre management

Can you install after hours?
Installation timing is arranged with you and centre management. After-hours work is common in malls and is included in the quote where needed.
Do you work with tenants as well as management?
Yes. Tenants often need hoardings and shop front signs, and we work to the centre's tenant design criteria.
Can floor graphics be slippery?
We use floor vinyl with a laminate intended for walkways. Placement and surface condition still matter, and the centre should approve locations.
Can you update the directory when stores change?
Directories designed with replaceable panels or strips are easy to update. We recommend this approach for busy centres.
