Artwork requirements
- Laminating is permanent, so do not laminate originals you may need unlaminated later.
- Some official documents may not be accepted once laminated; check with the issuing authority first.
- Heat-sensitive items such as thermal till slips and some photographic papers can darken or blister in hot laminators.
- Allow a small clear border around the print if the edge must stay sealed against water.
- If you want the item trimmed flush to the print, accept that the edges will not be fully sealed.

Turnaround options
Small laminating jobs are often done within standard same-day work. Express helps when you have a large stack. A booked same-day slot is subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, items supplied and approvals before the configured cutoff; the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge applies to the eligible printing and production subtotal. Large-format roll lamination, very high quantities, combined print-laminate-trim jobs at volume or matt film not in stock can push a job off same-day.

This service is priced by quotation so we can match the exact specification, quantity and finishing. Request a quote. Same-day orders add the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge on the eligible production subtotal.
Same-day conditions
- Items are supplied flat and dry, or printed by us earlier in the day.
- Pouch size and film finish are in stock.
- The job is within pouch sizes; poster-size items are confirmed separately.
- Payment is complete before the configured cutoff.
- Production completion is separate from delivery arrival.
