Same-Day Vehicle Magnets

Vehicle magnets are printed magnetic sheets that stick to steel body panels and can be removed whenever needed. They suit tradespeople, delivery drivers, estate agents and people who use a private vehicle for work and want branding only during business hours.

Artwork requirements

Measure the flat area of the door panel, avoiding handles, mouldings, body lines and fuel caps.
Keep the design bold and simple with large text; vehicles are seen briefly and from a distance.
Supply artwork at full size with bleed; text should stay at least 10 mm from the edge.
Include phone number and website large enough to read from a few metres away.
If supplying a pair, check whether the layout needs to be mirrored for the opposite door.

Turnaround options

Standard turnaround allows the laminated print to settle before mounting on magnetic sheet. Express is available for urgent vehicle branding. Same-day is possible for standard rectangular magnets on stocked material, subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable artwork and approvals before the configured cutoff; the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge applies to the eligible printing and production subtotal. Custom shapes, many vehicle sets, unusual sizes beyond our sheet width or design work push a job off same-day.

FAQs

Will a magnet stick to my car?

Only to steel panels. Test with a fridge magnet first; aluminium, fibreglass and plastic panels will not hold a magnet.

Can magnets fall off while driving?

Correctly fitted magnets on clean, flat steel usually hold well, but they can lift on curves, body lines or at high speed. Check them regularly.

Will a magnet damage my paint?

Remove and clean the magnet and panel regularly so dirt and moisture do not get trapped. Avoid fitting on freshly painted panels until the paint has fully cured.

Can I leave the magnet on permanently?

It is better not to. For permanent branding, vinyl decals are more suitable.
