Artwork requirements
- Supply the final design at full size with bleed, or a layout and the exact wording if you need it set up.
- Double-check the payee name, amount in figures and words, date and signatory before approval.
- Use bold logos and large text so the cheque reads clearly in photos taken from a distance.
- If the amount will be written on the day, choose write-on laminate and supply a suitable marker.
- Keep sponsor logos clear of the area where people will hold the cheque.

Turnaround options
Standard turnaround suits planned presentations. Express helps when a handover date moves forward. Same-day is possible for standard sizes on stocked board, subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable artwork and approvals before the configured cutoff; the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge applies to the eligible printing and production subtotal. Custom shapes, oversized boards beyond our standard sheets, many personalised cheques or design from scratch push a job off same-day.

FAQs
Is a giant cheque a real cheque?
No. It is a display board for photographs only and cannot be banked. Payment is made separately.
Can we fill in the amount on the day?
Yes. Choose a write-on laminate and leave the amount fields blank so you can fill them in with a suitable marker.
Why matt laminate?
Gloss reflects camera flash and stage lighting. Matt laminate keeps the cheque readable in photos.
How do we transport a large cheque?
Carry it flat or upright with edges protected, and keep it out of strong wind; large boards act like a sail.
