Same-Day Training Manuals

Training manuals combine printed content, covers, section dividers and binding into a single workbook that delegates can use during and after a course. They suit training providers, HR teams, accredited course facilitators and churches running study programmes.

Artwork requirements

Supply one PDF per manual version, with the cover and dividers as separate files or clearly marked pages.
Allow an inner margin of at least 15 mm on the binding edge so text is not lost in the holes.
Check that each section starts on a right-hand page if you are printing double-sided.
Put a version number or date in the footer so revised manuals can be told apart.
Leave writing space for exercises with lines dark enough to see but not heavy.

Turnaround options

Manuals involve printing, collating, inserting dividers and binding each copy, so standard turnaround is normal for larger courses. Express helps when a course starts soon. Same-day is possible for print-ready manuals in modest quantities, subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable artwork and approvals before the configured cutoff, and the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge applies to the eligible printing and production subtotal. High page counts multiplied by many delegates, tabbed dividers not in stock, last-minute content changes or ring binders with printed inserts push a job off same-day.

Content is final, in one ordered PDF per version, with covers supplied.
Total pages and binding count fit the remaining capacity on the day.
Binding supplies and any dividers are in stock in the right size.
Payment and approval are complete before the configured cutoff.
Production completion and delivery to a venue are treated separately.

Which binding is best for a training manual?

Wire binding lies flat and looks neat. Comb binding can be reopened to add or replace pages. Ring binders suit manuals that will be updated often.

Can you print a few copies now and the rest later?

Yes. A short run for the first session can be printed quickly while the full quantity follows on standard turnaround.

Can delegates write in the manual?

Yes. Standard uncoated office paper takes pen and pencil well. Avoid glossy paper for workbook pages.

Do you check the content?

We check that files print correctly and pages are in order, but content accuracy and versioning are the responsibility of the course owner.
