Artwork requirements
- Supply vector artwork or a 300 dpi transparent PNG sized to the front panel.
- Keep designs compact and wider than they are tall to suit the curved front.
- Avoid placing detail where a centre seam runs on six-panel caps; choose a seamless front where possible.
- Minimum line thickness of 0.5 mm and text of about 6 pt or larger.
- Supply separate artwork for light and dark caps if needed.

Turnaround options
Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Express moves your caps ahead in the queue. Same-day production may be possible for small quantities of in-stock caps with a print-ready front logo, approved and paid for before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity. Caps are pressed one at a time on a curved platen, so higher quantities, multiple positions per cap, unusual cap styles that need sourcing or testing, and artwork that needs reshaping for the panel usually require express or standard turnaround. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate.

This service is priced by quotation so we can match the exact specification, quantity and finishing. Request a quote. Same-day orders add the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge on the eligible production subtotal.
Same-day conditions
- Suitable caps in the required colour and style must be in stock.
- Artwork must fit the front panel and be approved before the configured cutoff.
- Quantity must fit cap-press capacity on the day.
- Customer-supplied caps must be tested, as some foam fronts and plastics cannot take heat.
- Full payment must be received before same-day production starts.
