The Same-Day Priority Production surcharge
Same-day service carries a 40% surcharge on the eligible printing and production subtotal. It is applied once, only to eligible same-day items, and excludes delivery and separate artwork services.

Conditions
- Subject to stock, capacity, quantity, artwork and finishing.
- Full payment, usable artwork and approvals are required before the configured cutoff. Cutoffs are set per product and working day.
- We confirm your ready time after accepting the job.
- Artwork corrections and late approvals can change completion.
- Production completion and delivery arrival are separate commitments.
- Specialist finishes and large orders may need longer.
- If same-day cannot be accepted, we offer alternatives before collecting the surcharge.
- If we cannot meet an accepted same-day commitment, we notify you and refund the unearned priority surcharge.
