Artwork requirements
- Supply a PDF at full size or to scale (for example 1:10) with the scale stated.
- Images at 72 to 150 dpi at full size are usually sufficient for banners viewed from a distance; logos should be vector.
- Allow a 30 to 50 mm safe zone from all edges for hems and eyelets.
- Use CMYK; very bright RGB colours shift when printed.
- Use large, bold text: roughly 25 mm of letter height per metre of viewing distance is a useful guide.
- Tell us your eyelet spacing or pole pocket size if you have a specific mounting system.

Turnaround options
Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Express prioritises your banner in the large-format queue. Same-day production may be possible for standard-sized PVC banners with print-ready artwork, approved and paid for before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity and material stock. Solvent inks need drying or outgassing time before hemming and folding, and that, together with very large sizes that need welding of several panels, pole pockets, multiple banners or artwork changes, can push a job to express or standard. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate.

FAQs
PVC or mesh: which do I need?
PVC gives the brightest print and is solid. Mesh lets wind pass through, so it suits large banners on fences and scaffolding in exposed spots.
How do I hang a PVC banner?
Use cable ties, bungee cords or rope through the eyelets. Tension evenly on all sides to reduce flapping and tearing.
Can I get a double-sided banner?
Yes, on blockout PVC that stops the design behind showing through. It adds production steps, so it may not suit same-day.
How long will a PVC banner last outdoors?
It depends on sun, wind and how it is fitted. A well-tensioned banner in a moderate spot lasts much longer than one flapping on a windy fence.
