Caps are a practical giveaway for outdoor events, golf days and promotional teams, and they keep staff identifiable in the sun. We apply printed transfers to the front panel of six-panel and trucker caps using a cap press.
The curved front panel limits print size, so logos are best kept simple and roughly palm-sized. Structured caps with a firm front give a cleaner print than soft unstructured caps. Trucker caps with mesh backs are printed on the solid front panel only.

Can you print on the side or back of the cap?
The front panel is the standard position. Side prints are sometimes possible on structured caps with small artwork; ask and we will check the specific cap.
Do you embroider caps?
Cap embroidery is a separate process that needs digitised artwork, so it is quoted separately from printed caps.
What artwork works best on a cap?
Simple logos with bold shapes and minimal fine text work best because the printable area is small and slightly curved.
