Certificates recognise achievement, attendance and completion, and they are often needed at short notice for prize-givings, graduations and course completions. This service suits schools, training providers, sports clubs and corporate teams who need certificates that look and feel official.

Artwork requirements

Supply a PDF template with the name and detail fields clearly marked, plus a spreadsheet with one row per certificate.
Check spelling of every recipient name, including accents and double-barrelled surnames, before submitting the list.
Logos and crests should be vector or high resolution; low-resolution crests look soft on smooth board.
Leave clear space for hand signatures or embossed seals if you plan to add them after printing.
Use a consistent date format across the whole list.

Turnaround options

Standard turnaround suits planned ceremonies and leaves room for a sample proof of the merged names. Express helps when an event is a day or two away. Same-day is possible for certificates on stocked board, including straightforward name merges, subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable artwork and approvals before the configured cutoff, and the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge applies to the eligible printing and production subtotal. Messy spreadsheets, late name changes, specialty stock that is out, foil seals, framing or design work push a job off same-day.

This service is priced by quotation so we can match the exact specification, quantity and finishing. Request a quote. Same-day orders add the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge on the eligible production subtotal.

Same-day conditions

The template and a clean, checked name list are received together.
A merged sample is approved before the configured cutoff.
The selected certificate board is in stock.
No foil, embossing or framing is required on the same day.
Payment is complete before production; collection or delivery is arranged separately.

FAQs

Can you print a different name on each certificate?

Yes. Supply a spreadsheet with one row per person and a template showing where each field goes. We send a sample for approval before running the full set.

Who checks the spelling of the names?

We print exactly what is in your list. We will flag obvious problems we notice, but the organiser is responsible for checking names and dates before approval.

Can you add gold seals or signatures?

Printed seal designs are fine. Foil seals and embossing are quoted separately and are not same-day. Many organisers add stick-on seals and signatures themselves after printing.

Can I order one replacement certificate?

Yes. Single replacements are a common request, as long as you can supply the original template or file.
