Same-Day Banner Walls

A banner wall is a large freestanding display made from a collapsible frame dressed with a printed fabric skin or panels, used as a branded background for stands, stages and photo opportunities. It is for exhibitors, event organisers and brands who need a big, professional backdrop that packs into a case.

Artwork requirements

  • Use the template for your exact frame, including returns or end caps; sizes differ between frame makers.
  • Supply a press-quality PDF at full size or to scale, with fonts outlined.
  • Images at 100 to 150 dpi at full size; logos in vector.
  • Keep key content within the safe zone marked on the template, away from seams, edges and wraps.
  • For media walls, repeat logos in a step-and-repeat grid sized so they still read in a cropped photo.
  • Do not place faces or small text across fold lines of panel systems.

Turnaround options

Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote and is recommended for banner walls. Express prioritises production when your event is close. Same-day production of a banner wall is possible only for straightforward jobs where a matching frame is in stock and artwork is print-ready on the correct template, approved and paid for before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity. Dye-sublimation of fabric involves printing, heat-transfer and sewing, and panel systems need lamination and trimming, so fabric finishing, double-sided skins, unusual frame sizes and artwork corrections commonly move the job to express or standard. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate, and setup at your venue is not included unless quoted.

FAQs

Fabric or PVC panels: which is better?
Fabric is lighter, folds into a smaller case and shows less glare under lights. Panels give a crisp, rigid look but are heavier and can crease if stored badly.
Can you print a new skin for my existing frame?
Usually, if you can give us the exact frame dimensions or make and model. Frames vary, so a measurement or template is essential.
Is setup included?
Banner walls are designed to be set up by one or two people without tools. On-site setup is not included unless it is quoted separately.
Why is same-day difficult for banner walls?
Fabric graphics are printed, heat-transferred and sewn, and panels need lamination and trimming. Each step takes time, so many walls need express or standard turnaround.
