Same-Day Stickers

Printed stickers carry logos, messages and branding onto packaging, equipment, laptops, cars and giveaways. This service suits small businesses, schools, event organisers and anyone needing a batch of custom stickers without waiting for a long production run.

Artwork requirements

Supply a PDF or vector file with a separate cut line (spot colour named CutContour or similar) for custom shapes.
Add at least 2 mm bleed beyond the cut line so slight cutting tolerance does not leave white edges.
Keep text at least 2 mm inside the cut line.
White ink is not standard on clear vinyl; light colours will look transparent unless a white underlay is quoted.
Use high-resolution or vector artwork; small stickers expose blurry logos quickly.

Turnaround options

Standard turnaround is best for laminated vinyl stickers, which benefit from time between printing, laminating and cutting. Express shortens the wait. Same-day is possible for standard shapes on stocked materials, subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable artwork and approvals before the configured cutoff; the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge applies to the eligible printing and production subtotal. Complex contour cuts on many separate designs, individually cut stickers in large numbers, white-underlay printing or materials not in stock push a job off same-day.

FAQs

Paper or vinyl - which should I choose?

Paper is fine for indoor, dry use such as packaging seals. Vinyl is water-resistant and suits bottles, cars and outdoor use, especially with laminate.

What is kiss-cut?

Kiss-cut means the sticker is cut through but the backing sheet is not, so several stickers sit on one sheet and peel off individually.

Can you print white on clear stickers?

Standard digital printing does not print white. White-underlay printing is available by quote and is not usually a same-day option.

How long do outdoor stickers last?

That depends on the material, laminate, sun exposure and surface. Laminated vinyl lasts much longer outdoors than unlaminated, but we do not give a fixed lifespan.
