Artwork requirements
- Request our flat die-line template first; artwork must be built on it with bleed around every edge and flap.
- Keep text clear of crease lines, glue areas and the business card slits.
- Remember the pocket covers the lower inside area, so key inside content should sit above the pocket line.
- Supply the die-line as a separate, non-printing layer named clearly.
- Use CMYK and supply logos as vector files for crisp results on large flat areas.

Turnaround options
Presentation folders involve printing on a large sheet, laminating, die-cutting, creasing and folding, so standard turnaround is the normal route. Express is available when a meeting or tender date is close. Same-day is only possible on our existing standard template with stocked board, subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable artwork and approvals before the configured cutoff; the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge applies to the eligible printing and production subtotal. Custom shapes, new dies, glued pockets on larger runs, capacity pockets, foil or spot UV push a job off same-day.

This service is priced by quotation so we can match the exact specification, quantity and finishing. Request a quote. Same-day orders add the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge on the eligible production subtotal.
Same-day conditions
- Artwork is built on our standard folder template, not a custom shape.
- Lamination and finishing are limited to what the standard template supports.
- The quantity is small enough to die-cut and fold by the end of the production day.
- Board stock is available and the proof is approved before the configured cutoff.
- Payment is complete before production; delivery time is separate from completion.
