Artwork requirements
- Supply transparent PNG at 300 dpi at actual size, or vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG.
- Only areas with colour will transfer; there is no background, so design with that in mind.
- Keep thin lines at 0.5 mm or more and isolated small parts at least 2 to 3 mm wide so they release from the film.
- Tell us the finished size in mm for each item, for example 60 mm wide for a tumbler logo.
- Avoid gradients that fade to fully transparent; the white base layer makes faded edges look uneven.
- For text on dark items, confirm you want a white underlay so colours stay bright.

Turnaround options
Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Express places your sheets ahead in the queue. UV ink cures instantly under the lamp, so there is no drying time, and same-day production may be possible for print-ready files approved and paid for before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity. Jobs move off same-day when they require many individually cut pieces, very large sheet runs, or artwork preparation such as background removal and vectorising. Delivery arrival is a separate commitment from production completion.

Same-day conditions
- Artwork must have a transparent background and be approved before the configured cutoff.
- Quantity of sheets and any individual cutting must fit capacity on the day.
- Full payment must be received before same-day production starts.
- Application onto your items is not included unless quoted; we supply the transfers.
- Artwork redraws or vectorising may require express or standard turnaround.

FAQs
Are UV DTF stickers dishwasher safe?
They are water resistant and handle hand washing well. Repeated hot dishwasher cycles can weaken the bond over time, so hand washing is recommended for long life.
Can I apply them to T-shirts?
No. UV DTF is designed for hard, smooth surfaces. For fabric, use DTF transfers, which are heat-pressed into the fibres.
How do I get the best adhesion?
Clean the surface with alcohol to remove grease and dust, apply at room temperature, rub firmly over every part of the design, and leave it for a day before washing.
Do curved surfaces work?
Gently curved items like tumblers and bottles work well. Tight compound curves, such as the base of a wine glass, can cause wrinkling, so keep designs smaller on those areas.
