Specifications

Garments	Short-sleeve polo and golf shirts in pique knit, poly-cotton and moisture-wicking polyester
Sizes	Adult sizes, typically S to 3XL, plus ladies fit in selected ranges, subject to stock
Common positions	Left chest, right chest, sleeve, back yoke and full back
Left chest size	Usually 70 to 100 mm wide, placed clear of the placket and buttons
Print methods	DTF for full-colour logos; heat transfer vinyl for solid-colour text
Fabric note	Pique knit has a textured surface, so very fine detail is softened slightly

Artwork requirements

Send your logo as vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) or a 300 dpi transparent PNG at final size.
Small left-chest logos need simplified detail; text below about 6 pt may fill in on pique fabric.
Specify each position and size, for example left chest 90 mm wide and back 250 mm wide.
Supply separate artwork versions for light and dark shirts if your logo has dark elements.
Remove backgrounds and boxes unless they are part of the design.

Turnaround options

Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Express moves your order ahead when you need shirts for an upcoming event. Same-day production may be possible for left-chest or simple back prints on polos we have in stock, with print-ready artwork, approval and payment before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity. Sourcing specific colours or ladies fits, multiple positions per shirt, larger quantities and logo redraws commonly move a job to express or standard. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate.

This service is priced by quotation so we can match the exact specification, quantity and finishing. Request a quote. Same-day orders add the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge on the eligible production subtotal.

Same-day conditions

Polo shirts in the required colours, fits and sizes must be in stock.
Artwork must be print-ready and approved before the configured cutoff.
Multiple print positions per shirt add press time and may affect eligibility.
Full payment must be received before same-day production starts.
Embroidered finishes are not covered by this printed service.

FAQs

Is printing or embroidery better on polos?

Embroidery gives a raised, traditional look, while printing handles fine detail, gradients and full colour more easily and is usually quicker for urgent orders. This service covers printed branding.

Will the print work on moisture-wicking polos?

Generally yes, but some performance fabrics are heat sensitive or treated with coatings. We test before pressing a full batch.

Where should the logo go?

Left chest is the standard position. Many businesses add a larger logo or website on the back yoke or full back for visibility at events.

Can I get mixed sizes in one order?

Yes. Send a size breakdown with your order. Same-day eligibility depends on every size being in stock.
