Artwork requirements
- Supply 300 dpi PNG, JPG or PDF at final size; vector files are best for logos and text.
- Sublimation cannot print white, so white areas of your design show the fabric colour.
- For all-over sublimation panels, add at least 10 mm bleed past the panel edge.
- Keep text at least 6 pt and lines 0.5 mm or thicker.
- Work in RGB for sublimation; bright colours come out more vividly than in CMYK files.
- Indicate garment colour so we can confirm which transfer method suits your design.

Turnaround options
Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Express moves your job forward when it is urgent but not needed today. Same-day production may be possible for straightforward transfers on garments we have in stock, with print-ready artwork, approval and payment before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity. Jobs drop off same-day when polyester blanks must be sourced, when designs need panel-by-panel sublimation, when quantities need many press cycles, or when artwork needs adjustment for the method. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate.
