Artwork requirements
- Supply single pages in reading order as one PDF at the finished size, not imposed spreads.
- The total page count, including covers, must be a multiple of 4; add blank or notes pages if needed.
- Add 3 mm bleed if anything runs to the edge; keep text at least 8 mm from trim and spine.
- Word documents should be exported to PDF to fix layout and fonts.
- For mono interiors, supply greyscale images with good contrast so they do not print muddy.
- Check page numbers and the order of items, such as hymns or agenda points, before approval.

Turnaround options
Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Express prioritises printing, folding and stitching. Same-day production may be possible for booklets with modest page counts and quantities, print-ready artwork, approval and payment before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity and paper stock. Higher page counts, larger quantities, card covers that need scoring, cover lamination and last-minute content changes are the most common reasons a booklet moves to express or standard. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate.

FAQs
How many pages can a stapled booklet have?
It depends on the paper weight. Thin bond paper allows more pages than silk or card. Very thick documents are better suited to wire or comb binding.
Can I print the cover in colour and inside in black-and-white?
Yes. A colour cover with a mono interior is a common and economical choice for programmes and workbooks.
Do I have to arrange the pages for printing?
No. Send single pages in reading order and we impose them for booklet printing.
Can you print a funeral order of service at short notice?
Often, if the content and photos are final. Same-day depends on quantity, page count, capacity and approval and payment before the configured cutoff.
