Artwork requirements
- Bring clean, flat originals; creases, staples and sticky notes show up on the copy.
- Loose sheets can go through the document feeder; fragile, glossy or bound originals must be copied on the glass, which takes longer.
- If you have the digital file, printing from it gives sharper results than copying a printed copy.
- Tell us if colours must be close to the original; copiers reproduce what they see, including fading.
- Specify enlargement or reduction as a size (for example A4 to A3) rather than a percentage if unsure.

Turnaround options
Small colour copy jobs are often handled as part of standard same-day walk-in work, and express is available for larger sets. Same-day colour copying is subject to product eligibility, stock, capacity, quantity, artwork readiness and finishing, with full payment, usable originals and approvals before the configured cutoff, and the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge applies to the eligible printing and production subtotal where a priority slot is booked. Bound books, fragile originals, large mixed-size sets and extensive finishing push a job off same-day.

Same-day conditions
- Originals are in good condition and can be fed or placed flat on the glass.
- Copy count, sides and finishing are confirmed before production starts.
- Paper stock for the job is available on the day.
- Payment is complete before the configured cutoff.
- Production completion is separate from any delivery arrangement.

FAQs
Can you certify my copies?
No. Certification must be done by a commissioner of oaths or authorised official. We can make the copies for you to take for certification.
Why does my copy look slightly different from the original?
Copiers scan and reprint, so faded originals, glossy photo surfaces and very dark areas can shift slightly. Printing from the original digital file gives the most accurate colour.
Can you copy pages from a book?
Yes, page by page on the glass. Please make sure you have the right to copy the material.
Is colour copying more expensive than black?
Colour uses more toner, so it is priced differently. See the shop or ask for a quote for current rates.
