T-Shirts & Clothing

Custom printed T-shirts for teams, staff, family events and promotions, produced on blank tees we press in-house.

DTF (direct-to-film) printing prints your design in CMYK plus a white layer onto PET film, coats it with adhesive powder, cures it and heat-presses it onto the garment.

DTF transfers are printed, powdered and cured designs on PET film that you heat-press onto garments yourself.

Heat transfer printing covers designs printed onto a carrier and applied with heat and pressure, including printable transfer media for cotton and dye-sublimation for white or light polyester.

Vinyl T-shirt printing uses heat transfer vinyl (HTV) cut on a plotter, weeded by hand and pressed onto the garment.

Printed polo shirts, also called golfers in South Africa, give staff and teams a smarter branded look than a T-shirt.

Custom hoodies are printed on fleece pullover and zip-through garments using DTF or vinyl.

Cap printing applies a logo to the front panel or side of a cap using a curved cap press and DTF or vinyl transfers.

Workwear branding adds company logos, names and site identifiers to heavy-duty garments such as two-piece conti suits, overalls, work shirts, aprons and high-visibility vests.

Promotional clothing puts your brand on budget-friendly garments and accessories handed out at activations, launches, expos and community events.

Event T-shirts are printed for one specific occasion, such as a fun run, conference, wedding, memorial, family reunion or festival crew.
Stickers & Labels

UV DTF stickers are printed with UV-cured ink, white and gloss varnish layers onto an adhesive film, then laminated with a transfer sheet so the design can be rubbed onto a hard surface with no visible background.

Printed stickers carry logos, messages and branding onto packaging, equipment, laptops, cars and giveaways.

Product labels identify and brand jars, bottles, tubs, boxes and cosmetics, and often carry ingredients, barcodes and batch details.

Vinyl decals are lettering and shapes cut from coloured vinyl, or printed vinyl cut to shape, then supplied on application tape for easy fitting.
Banners & Displays

A pull-up banner, also called a roll-up banner, is a printed graphic that retracts into an aluminium base cassette and pulls up onto a support pole in about a minute.

PVC banners are printed on weatherproof frontlit vinyl, then hemmed and fitted with eyelets so they can be tied to fences, walls, poles and scaffolding.

An X-banner is a printed graphic held taut by a lightweight X-shaped frame of fibreglass or aluminium rods, attached through eyelets in the corners.

Fabric banners are printed on polyester textiles, usually by dye-sublimation so the ink becomes part of the fibre, then hemmed, sewn with pole pockets or fitted with silicone edge strips.

Mesh banners are printed on perforated PVC-coated polyester that lets wind pass through, reducing the load on fixings and the risk of tearing.

Fence banners are long, low-profile banners made to be cable-tied along palisade, mesh or Clear-Vu style fencing.
Posters & Large Format

A banner wall is a large freestanding display made from a collapsible frame dressed with a printed fabric skin or panels, used as a branded background for stands, stages and photo opportunities.

Printed backdrops create a branded or themed background for photos, stages and celebrations.

Exhibition graphics are the printed elements that dress an expo stand: shell scheme wall panels, counter wraps, hanging signs, rigid boards and vinyl lettering.

Posters are full-colour prints on poster or photo paper used for promotion, display and decoration.

A0 is the largest standard A-size sheet at 841 x 1189 mm, one square metre in area.

A1 measures 594 x 841 mm, half the area of A0 and a popular size for posters, presentation boards and site plans.

A2 measures 420 x 594 mm, a versatile mid-size format that is big enough to grab attention but easy to frame and carry.

Giant presentation cheques make a donation, prize or sponsorship visible for photos and media.

Architectural and engineering plans must print at the correct scale, with line weights and text that stay legible on site.
Documents & Binding

A3 measures 297 x 420 mm, double A4, and is printed on digital presses and copiers rather than large-format machines.

Booklets are multi-page documents folded and stapled through the spine, used for practical information rather than glossy marketing.

Document printing covers reports, assignments, tenders, minutes, contracts and any multi-page file that needs to be printed accurately and assembled correctly.

Colour copying reproduces paper originals, such as forms, brochures, drawings, photos and handwritten notes, in full colour.

Black-and-white copying and printing is the economical choice for text-heavy documents, forms and handouts in volume.

Training manuals combine printed content, covers, section dividers and binding into a single workbook that delegates can use during and after a course.

Wire binding, also called wire-o binding, uses a double loop of metal wire through punched holes so pages open flat and fold right back.

Comb binding uses a plastic spine with curved fingers inserted through rectangular punched holes.

Laminating seals a printed sheet between layers of clear plastic film so it resists water, grease, fingerprints and tearing.

A funeral or memorial programme guides mourners through the service and is often kept as a keepsake.
Marketing Print

Flyers are single, unfolded sheets printed in full colour for handing out, inserting or leaving on counters.

Leaflets are printed sheets folded into panels to carry more information in a pocket-sized format.

Brochures are multi-page marketing documents, typically saddle-stitched, that showcase a company, product range, property or programme.

Postcards are sturdy, single-sheet cards used as handouts, thank-you notes, promotional inserts and keepsakes.

Printed menus need to be accurate, readable in low light and tough enough for daily handling.
Business Stationery

Business cards are still the quickest way to hand over your details at a meeting, expo or site visit.

A folded business card prints on a larger sheet that is scored and folded down to standard card size, giving you four panels instead of two.

Printed invitations set the tone for weddings, birthdays, corporate launches, school functions and religious celebrations.

Certificates recognise achievement, attendance and completion, and they are often needed at short notice for prize-givings, graduations and course completions.

Printed letterheads give quotes, invoices and formal correspondence a consistent branded look, while you print the letter content yourself in the office.

A presentation folder holds proposals, brochures and loose documents in a branded A4 cover with inside pockets.
Signage & Boards

Window graphics turn glass into advertising, privacy screening or decoration.

Vehicle magnets are printed magnetic sheets that stick to steel body panels and can be removed whenever needed.

Correx is a lightweight, waterproof fluted polypropylene board that takes full-colour print and stands up well to outdoor use.

Foam board is a lightweight, rigid board with a smooth face that suits sharp, high-quality indoor prints.

Directional signs guide visitors to parking, entrances, registration, venues and facilities.

Safety signs communicate hazards, mandatory protective equipment, prohibitions, emergency exits and first aid locations.

Event signage covers everything a guest sees from the car park to their seat: welcome boards, registration and directional signs, seating charts, table numbers and sponsor boards.
